Victoria artist Paul Edward Meier displays some of his recent abstract paintings at Saanich Municipal Hall. (770 Vernon Ave) These unique paintings are the result of a self taught artist who engages in an unusual process to create original and stimulating pieces. All paintings on display are oil on canvas.

Saanich Municipal Hall is open Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 4:30.
