Directed by Monik Nordine and Bruce Hurn, the Victoria Jazz Orchestra performs a rare original manuscript of Ellington and Strayhorn's adaptation of Edvard Grieg's Peer Gynt Suite, as well as favourites from the libraries of Count Basie, Les Hooper, Gordon Goodwin's Big Phat Band, and Rob McConnell's Boss Brass.
