The Victoria Jazz Orchestra performs at Hermann's Jazz Club on March 31. With special guests, the Vancouver Island University Jazz Orchestra.
The Victoria Jazz Orchestra is a 20-piece jazz ensemble that began performing in May of 2013 and features some of Victoria's finest musicians. Co-led by Monik Nordine and Bruce Hurn, the orchestra's repertoire draws heavily from the Rob McConnell library as well as contributions from other Canadian composers and arrangers.
