Victoria Genealogical Society - Project Management In Genealogy. Presenter: Kathleen Low.
The primary challenge of any project is to achieve all the objectives. Although genealogy research can go on for years, it is still a project and should have goals and strategies for accomplishing them. Project management is defined as the process of planning, organizing, and controlling resources to achieve specific objectives. As such, project management methodologies can be applied to a genealogy research project.
