Picture Chaucer�s Canterbury Tales. Now pan to Canada, in 1987, in a busted Ford Pinto. When their cross-country road trip implodes, three student travellers turn to storytelling in a last-ditch effort to attract a ride. Greek gods, drunken car thieves, fever-fuelled activist visions�it�s all part of the trip.
