Victoria Folk Music Society weekly gathering; Everyone welcome jam 6:45pm, Open Stage 7:30pm, Feature Performers Clover Point Drifters at 9pm
The Clover Point Drifters, Victoria’s most ancient bluegrass band, return to our stage for the umpteenth time, spreading gifts of Traditional Bluegrass along with a bit of Xmas cheer. They’ll have some new tunes on display, as well as select numbers from a 23-year repertoire. Their music is always engaging, entertaining, and still stubbornly in the bluegrass groove! The Drifters are Alan Law (guitar), Mike Kraft (banjo), George Robinson (bass), Dan Parker (mandolin), and Larry Stevens (dobro). Come one, come all for a night of fine playing and good humour!
