The Victoria Flower Arrangers Guild is presenting an extra-special event on April 14th at their monthy meeting. A presentation by the internationally renowned floral designer, Hitomi Gilliam, called "Transparent Designs" highlights THE latest in floral technology. Doors open 6:15 pm, Presentation 7-9:30 pm; Door prizes given by Hitomi. Refreshments served. Admission $50.00 for non-members.
