Our dances are back and our first dance for 2015 will be on Saturday, February 28th.
Do-si-do, swing your partner, and sashay home! Please join us on Saturday, February 28 for an all-ages community barn dance. You will enjoy learning some Canadian social dances, contra dances, and maybe even a square dance. Our dance for February will be led by fiddler / caller Trish Clair with music by Nanaimo’s youth fiddle group, Fidelium. You will learn everything you need to know to dance the night away and beat the February blahs. The evening is intended to be fun and accessible for all ages, so bring your children and your friends and your grandparents, your neighbours and we promise you will have the time of your life!
So polish your shoes or boots and come READY to DANCE! We'll meet at St. Luke's Anglican Church Hall (3821 Cedar Hill Cross Road) for some good old-fashioned fun.
All ages are welcome.
Refreshments will be available from Hoyne Brewing!
