Perhaps you are making some resolutions, or plans for your career, or thinking about training and development principles. If so reading Chris Hadfield�s �An Astronaut�s Guide to Life on Earth� (Random House: 2013) will be great food for thought. Colonel Hadfield � aka SpaceMan � will be a keynote speaker at this Spring�s HRMA(BC) conference in Vancouver (discounted registration available until February � see the HRMA(BC) website for details). I found the book a great read, incisive and compelling, and it has been discounted at Bolen Books and Munro�s already, unless you want a signed copy. The book flap indicates that it is also available as an e-book.
