This month we will discuss Gallup�s 2013 State of the American Workplace Report; seems 70% of the American workforce is disengaged, or at least not fully engaged, resulting in productive futilities. Gallop�s experts have several suggestions on what can be done with effective leadership about this sorry state of affairs � food for thought when going through a core review.


Roundtable Leader: Catherine A. McDonald, MBA, CHRP is a seasoned practitioner and consultant in human resource management, with extensive experience in labour relations, organisation development, and compensation management, plus recruitment, in the public and private sectors. Although semi retired, in addition to her work as a Principal Consultant/Project Manager through the Executive Network Inc., Catherine serves on the Board of Directors of Capital Mental Health Association as Chair of the Human Resource Committee of the Board, and other volunteer roles.
