Join us for a two-part workshop series with artist facilitator Judith Perron.

Part 1: The Build will be on July 22nd from 10am-12pm

Part 2: The Glaze will be on August 5th, 10am-12pm

Finding inspiration in Marika St. Rose Yeo’s work, participants will learn and apply essential hand building techniques, basic use of glazes, while letting the clay take the shape it wants allowing gravity, using fingers and the necessary manipulations to leave their marks on the creation.

Participants will imprint the clay with the themes, shapes and motifs of identity/culture/history and we will take away a unique piece of art, one that can be used daily or saved for very special occasions, one that will show skills and the individual's signature.

All supplies provided, please make sure you are able to attend both workshops before registering.

Please note that registering for this event will register you for BOTH classes in the 2 part series!
