The Vancouver Island Youth orchestra will provide local student musicians a wonderful performance opportunity to be in a full sized orchestra. There will be a variety of different types of music to appeal to everyone. Rehearsals will be every Saturday from 10am-12 noon The young musicians will learn orchestral techniques and ensemble skills while playing great works by famous and familiar composers.
Musicians must have their own instrument. Come and try out a couple of rehearsals to experience this fun and educational orchestra.
