The Frontrunners VITRS is Vancouver Island’s premiere trail running series that takes runners off the roads and on to some of the most amazing trail networks in Western Canada.
We’re back in Nanaimo for 2019 (just like 2018!). Same course from 2018 with all your favourite trails and some climbing just to keep you honest! More details to come!

Sport Short Course – ~10k
