The Frontrunners VITRS is Vancouver Island’s premiere trail running series that takes runners off the roads and on to some of the most amazing trail networks in Western Canada.

We’re back in Duncan for this Vancouver Island Trail Running Series classic. The course has changed over time but the amazing has only gotten better. You’ll want to register for this classic!
COURSE DISTANCES

Gutbuster Long Course – ~13k – 750m Vertical Gain

Sport Short Course – ~7k – 360m Vertical Gain
PARKING AND GETTING THERE

The event is being held at the Providence Farm in Duncan, BC. See this Google Map for the exact location. For those looking for the exact address for their GPS devices: 1843 Tzouhalem Rd, Duncan, BC.

We will have parking volunteers to assist you with parking in the parking lots. Please follow their direction.
