The University of Victoria Cuban Salsa Club will be joining us to enliven our massive dancing area. This club is for those who would like to learn and dance a partner dance called Cuban Salsa. It is known as Casino in Cuba. When we meet we teach Cuban Salsa in a circle where we exchange partners with every new move! It is called Rueda de Casino. Everyone at ArtisTREE is welcome to join!
Rueda de Casino originated in Cuba and it is now danced worldwide. It's fun, fast, and upbeat!
Open to everyone, The UVic Cuban Salsa Club meets almost every Wednesday night from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. in Vertigo Pub. No partner required, and best of all the lessons are FREE! This club is open for all levels of expertise (beginners, intermediate, advanced), so come try it out!
