Why is it that we get on well with some people the minute we meet them, yet others remain a mystery to us? What is it with them? Why do they act so strange?


This course will help you understand all those people that in the past have made you shake your head in despair. Unlike similar programs or �systems� this program concentrates on the behaviour people are exhibiting at the time you are dealing with them. We will focus on identifying your style and provide tips & techniques to help you adjust your style to effectively manage and sell to people who aren�t like you.

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

- Recognize your own personality style and how yours may differ from others around you

- Recognize the personality styles of others around you (customers, employees, peers, suppliers, etc.)

- Understand how to handle difficult conversations and adjust your approach in order to meet the needs of people who aren�t like you.

- Apply techniques to adjust your style and effectively manage and sell to people who aren�t like you.
