Join the UROC ladies' group ride every Wednesday at 6pm. Meet outside the Riding Fool Hostel.

What you need:

- A UROC membership – it’s cheap, easy, and supports riding in our community… and is required on our rides for insurance purposes: https://ccnbikes.com/#!/events/2016-uroc-membership
- A mountain bike in good working order; suspension & disc brakes recommended
- A helmet
- Closed-toe shoes
- Armour can make a difference in your fun level – especially beginners!  Consider knee, shin, and/or elbow pads
- Carry water, snack, spare tube, tire levers, and a pump
- If you do have a light, please throw it in your pack… might help towards the end of your ride

Parking information:

- NO PARKING on Second between Dunsmuir & Allen; there were complaints from residents last year, so please respect this parking ban
- Where CAN we park? There is lots of space at the CRI lot, the museum lot, on Dunsmuir… please arrive early to find a good spot
