Vancouver Island’s premier taiko ensemble celebrates its 15th anniversary with an evening of Japanese drumming.
Uminari Taiko will perform an exciting range of pieces, from traditional Japanese rhythms to more contemporary compositions. Special guests include Satomi Edwards on koto (traditional Japanese stringed instrument), the Furusato Dancers and the Victoria Japanese Heritage Language School Choir and Soran Dancers.
