This Tweet Up will be a discussion about how you can help your customers and what's in it for them. With the impact on social media over the last few years, customers are researching their information (we'll discuss where they are looking), and how you can help them instead of trying to sell them.

This is a casual, open discussion on social media, how customers are becoming more powerful, and how you can use that to your advantage.
