Tuesdays With Morrie - TWO SHOWS ONLY!
add to outlook add to google calendar remind me
This real-life story was first a book that ran on the New York Times best seller list for four years! You also may remember the made-for-TV movie starring Jack Lemmon and Hank Azaria. Well, now the ever-brilliant, 90-year young, Antony Holland, brings the character of Morrie Schwartz to even greater life in this short, but impactful play about the relationship between Morrie or lovingly known as 'Coach' by Mitch, his student from university a number of years ago. After broken promises of keeping in touch, Mitch rediscovers his old professor and the gift of the older man's wisdom in this young man's life will reach in and touch your heart.
The proceeds from the play will be donated to the BC Lymphedema Association which promotes healthy & hopeful living for people with lymphedema.
Tickets may be purchased online at www.bclymph.org and will be held at the box office for pick-up the day of the play. You may also call 250-248-1119 to order if you do not have access to a computer.
