The Triathlon of Compassion is a fundraiser for the Victoria Sexual Assault Centre. It is a fun triathlon suitable for first timers and seasoned triathletes alike.

DISTANCE

Adult (16+) Sprint and Relay (500m pool swim – 20K bike – 5k run)

Youth 6-7 – 50m swim, 2K bike, 500m run.

Youth 8-9 – 100m swim, 4K bike, 1K run

Youth 10-11 – 150m swim, 6K bike, 2K run

Youth 12-13 – 200m swim, 10K bike, 2K run

Youth 14-15 – 300m swim, 12K bike, 3K run

Youth Junior Relay – 150m swim. 6K bike, 2K run

Youth Senior Relay 300m swim, 12K bike, 3K run

Elite 13-15/16-19 – 300m swim, 12K bike, 3K run

REGISTRATION

Early Bird registration – until midnight December 31

Adult Individual – $80/ Youth Individual $50/ Adult Relay $60 pp/ Youth Relay $40 pp

Regular registration – from January 1 to midnight June 10

Adult Individual – $95/ Youth Individual $60/ Adult Relay $85 pp/ Youth Relay $50 pp

Late registration – after June 10

Adult Individual – $115/ Youth Individual $80/ Adult Relay $105 pp/ Youth Relay $70 pp
