Chemainus Classical Concerts presents: "Transendence"- The DieMahler Quartet: Pablo Diemecke and Shima Takeda, violins; Lawrence Skaggs, cello; and Elizabeth Massi, viola. With special guest opera singers Ladysmith soprano Betty Waynne Allison and mezzo-soprano Julia Morgan. Led by superb violinist Pablo Diemecke "......full, rich tone allied to impeccable intonation and dexterous finger work...."
The DieMahler Quartet will perform virtuoso classical and romantic works exploring a wide range of emotion. Prepare to be swept away by the masterful musical artistry, vibrancy, character, and deep feeling this stellar ensemble brings to each exquisite piece. The two opera singers will add a special depth to the concert with their three vocal numbers.
