Tourism Vancouver Island is holding its 51st Annual Conference & AGM from Tuesday, September 9th � Thursday, September 11th, 2014 at the Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort & Conference Centre in Parksville Qualicum Beach. The Tourism Vancouver Island Conference & AGM emceed by Bruce Williams of CTV Vancouver Island, is a three day industry conference for all tourism stakeholders, businesses and suppliers in the Vancouver Island region. This year�s sessions and activities inspire delegates to �Refresh, Network and Play�.

The event will commence on September 9th with the Annual Golf Classic at Fairwinds Golf Club. This year featuring a $10,000 Hole in One Cash Prize, an opportunity to �Beat the CEO� and the annual Hotel Challenge Cup so put your best team together and prepare for some friendly competition. Not a golfer in the traditional sense? Opt for mini-golf at Rip-Tide Lagoon. Later that evening delegates will don flip-flops and sunglasses beachside for the Welcome Reception at The Beach Club Resort for networking, refreshments and entertainment. Buckle-up for the community activity with Fast Time Grand Prix. This brand new facility puts you in the go-kart driver�s seat. Education sessions, engaging speakers, auctions, the Gala Dinner and Awards Night will be held at Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Spa Resort & Conference Centre on September 10th and 11th.
