Come cheer on Tour de Rider and CFB Esquimalt Military Police Officer Adam Carruthers as he attempts to spin for 12 hours straight. 0600-1800 hrs at Dockyard Main Gate Parking Lot, 214 Hospital Rd, CFB Esquimalt. Donations will be accepted on site and there will be some extra spin bikes set up if you want to join Adam. Hope to see you there!

The Canadian Cancer Society Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock raises money for pediatric cancer research and programs for children with a history of cancer. The Tour de Rock team cycles from one end of the Vancouver Island to the other, over 14 days, covering 1,000 kilometres.
