Ever wanted to toss your boss off a bridge? This is your chance! Toss the Boss is the Nanaimo Brain Injury Society's annual fundraiser, held in partnership with WildPlay Nanaimo.
Vancouver Islands most FUN and UNIQUE fundraiser is back again for year FIVE! Every year teams nominate a "boss" to take on the 150ft bungy jump at WildPlay Nanaimo, and raise a $1000 minimum to see their boss jump!
Every three minutes in Canada, someone acquires a traumatic brain injury. The Nanaimo Brain Injury Society provides support and services to people with all kinds of acquired brain injuries- concussions, strokes, aneurysms, etc. Bungy jumping can be intimidating and certainly takes courage, much like navigating life after a brain injury.
This event is free to attend, and spectators are welcome!
