Tonye was first introduced to Nanaimo Reggae Massive audiences last April as Magic T of Vancouver/L.A. hip hop/reggae crew The Red Gold & Green Machine. She is also well known in the region as the amazing vocalist of The Funk Hunters! Now, Tonye returns to Nanaimo with her full band in support of her very own feature album.
Earlier in Tonye's career she was the go-to feature singer for Vancouver’s EDM producers and DJs for years, a soulful, powerful voice that stood out, giving her the confidence to create music of her own that reflects who she is.
