Authors Margaret Horsfield and Ian Kennedy present an illustrated talk based on their new book "Tofino and Clayoquot Sound: A History".
The book covers all facets of the region's history from geology to Indigenous people to early exploration to the "post-road" period of tourism, surfing and the famous "War in the Woods" conflict.
Books are available for purchase ($36.95 Harbour Publishing) and signing after the lecture.
Tickets are $6 each (plus GST). Advance tickets are recommended.
