Come meet Marianne Scott Author of The Distilleries of Vancouver Island—a Guided Tour of West Coast Craft and Artisan Spirits and visit BC’s first designated craft distillery, operating since 2007. Take a self guided tour of our orchard where we grow the apples for our ciders and spirits. In Scott’s book you’ll learn the long history of distilling and the methods used, along with the histories of local distillers like us!
Visit our retail store from 3pm to 6pm, try FREE sample tastings of our Tiki Time cocktail, and take home a copy of Marianne’s book including the recipe for some of our beloved cocktails. Browse our shop for a bottle of our limited specialty seasonal releases - Blueberry liqueur…. 13 year old XXO Brandy, or your favourite spirit!
