This afternoon of moving meditation provides the opportunity to sink deeply into exploration of your relationship to rhythm. No previous experience necessary, musical or otherwise. Your voice and body are the only instruments you need. Each of our bodies connects us with primal rhythmic elements found in all music and nature. Rhythm is the birthright of all humban beings.
