The Woman in Black, a ghost play adapted by Stephen Mallatratt from a novel by Susan Hill, is set in Victorian England at the turn of the century. The play tells the story of a haunting through the words and memories or the elder Aurthur Kipps, who, with the help of a young Actor, will try to bring his haunting story to life, so that it may perhaps be purged, and his weary soul can know some peace... but some ghosts have a way of not letting go.
