Spend a Sunday afternoon with the West Coast Chamber Players: Nancy Washeim, Soprano Jim Stubbs, Trumpet Lauren Stubbs, Bassoon Kate Rhodes, Violin Anne McDougall, Violin We will perform "October, November and January" from the exquisite "Seasons" by Peter I. Tschaikovsky as well as vocal music by Scarlatti and Handel. The very popular "Musical Offering" by Bach will be performed.
We will highlight a lyrical piece written by Peter Tiefenbach who is a Canadian composer as well as a Professor at the Royal Conservatory. He was a CBC broadcaster for three years. This music is set to three poems by John V. Hicks.
