Three-time Grammy Award-winning blues musician for Best Contemporary Blues Album, Keb Mo has been making critically acclaimed albums since 1994 when he released his self-titled debut and became a fresh face in the blues/roots genre. This singer/songwriter/guitarist has been described as "a living link to the seminal Delta blues that travelled up the Mississippi River and across the expanse of America." His post-modern blues style is influenced by many eras and genres, including folk, rock, jazz and pop.

Selling more than two million records, he has performed at the White House, shared the stage with blues and rock legends, played at President Obamas Inaugural Ball, and continued to master his skills as a guitarist, singer, writer and producer. In 2003, Martin Scorsese collaborated with many blues musicians including Keb' Mo' to put together a PBS documentary series entitled The Blues.

His genre-blending artfulness, intuitive lyrics, unique guitar style, distinctive voice, and magnetic charisma on stage have gained him a tremendously loyal fan base and the significant honor of being called, a musician's musician. His latest album The Reflection, is a journey deep into life and an even greater expansion of his musical body of work.

Keb Mo hasnt been in Victoria since 2004 JazzFest and the Victoria Jazz Society is excited to welcome him back for an evening with him in solo performance!
