Join us in a unique conversation using aspects of Open Space Technology to discuss what the future will bring to our profession. Patricia Galaczy - The Art of Dialogue will begin our conversation by offering her perspectives, as an experienced HR practitioner and workshop facilitator. She will open up our thought process and challenge us to cast our eyes and hearts to the future.
Using some basic elements of Open Space Technology, created by Harrison Owen, we will start a dialogue on topics that we feel are most germane to this conversation. We will be guided by the four principles of OST: Whoever comes are the right people Whatever happens is the only thing that could have Whenever is starts is the right time When it is over, it is over
This will be an interactive session, open to all HR members and HR-friendly individuals. All participants will receive a summary of the results and 3 points towards CHRP re-certification.
