Race around picturesque Oak Bay following cryptic clues with local singles! What an amazing way to learn about the city's history while meeting new people! Multiple teams will start from different landmarks around Oak Bay. You'll solve clues and hunt for historic monuments and try to beat the other teams back to our home base, the Oaks Restaurant. The Oaks Restaurant will create a tasty spread of appies to fuel you up before you head out. After the race, we'll mingle and award some prizes!! Yes, even for the slowest team! Sign up by yourself, with a friend, or as a team of 4! Early bird rates are available until August 31st. Door tickets will NOT be available unless the venue's COVID restrictions are eased. You must sign up in advance. The race uses a free app, and at least one team member will need a smart phone to enter the answers. The walking distance for this course is approximately 1.5 km. You will receive all the directions in advance. The race is on rain or shine! This event is for all singles who are looking to make local connections, whether for friendship, dating, or more!
