Over the past number of years there's been a noticeable shift in the decision-making structures of society. Leadership styles in particular have transitioned from hierarchical arrangements to greater levels of collaboration, fluidity, innovation and inclusivity. As the Baha’i Writings would suggest, ‘force is losing its dominance’ and an age ‘more permeated with the feminine ideals’ is emerging.
This is good news, for women and men of all classes, all races, all cultures. Gita will explore this compelling movement, the challenges it brings and its implications in building a truly prosperous society.
