Cowichan Family Caregivers Support Society’s much-loved annual fundraiser offers walking & cycling routes, as well as a timed half marathon, throughout beautiful Shawnigan Lake. See the historic Kinsol Trestle, walk or run on the Trans Canada Trail, or cycle around the Lake. You choose your own distance. Bring your family, your friends, and your camera. Dogs are also welcome!
Participants have a chance to win one of many great prizes, and enjoy a free lunch & a session with one of our healing bodywork experts. It is a great way to honour a loved one! All proceeds raised go towards supporting Cowichan family caregivers.
