The Second Hanger Fundraiser for Hospice

The Cowichan Valley Hospice is a Charity which does not receive a great deal of funding. It is a very worthy cause which is utilized by a great number of people in the Cowichan Valley.
The cause is close to the owner (Susan) of The Second Hanger as she has had numerous members of her extended family affected by Cancer.
The Hospice normally has two large fundraising events every year but would like to see more businesses create smaller events to increase public awareness.
The Second Hanger has been in business for 4 years and this is Susan's first opportunity to work with Hospice. The event for her is the beginning of a relationship with the volunteers and paid personnel at Hospice. Support the Cause and Make a difference in someone's last days.
Susan would like to see this become a yearly event and is hoping that the community will support both her event and Hospice.
