The Salt Spring Island Ceramic Awards Exhibition, Event and Workshop Series A three-member jury has selected anonymously, 64 pieces from the works of regional island potters and ceramic artists for The Salt Spring Island Ceramic Awards’ (SSICA) biennial competition.
These awards offer artists the opportunity to compete for up to $4,200 in prize money, with the winner in the 'established artist' category taking home $3,000, and in the 'emerging artist' category, $500. Opening reception October 6, 6 pm – 8 pm Prizes awarded at closing gala October 16, 1 pm – 3 pm
