The Path Home: Reflections on Truth and Reconciliation. Deloria Bighorn is a First Nation member of the Yankton Sioux tribe. Deloria is passionate about the message of this film, commissioned by the National Spiritual Assembly to honour the work of those who contributed to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.

At its release in Ottawa, she said in her role of MC, “Unity among the Aboriginal peoples, unity with the rest of Canadian society and unity with all the peoples of the world are vital if justice and social well-being are to be assured.” From Vancouver to Montreal, elders and youth, the individuals in this moving film spoke from their hearts and entrusted their stories to the movement towards unity.
