The Edge Barber - 3-2220 Bowen Rd, Nanaimo, BC V9S 1H9 ★Jaclyn Gee Jaclyn Gee is a 24 year old Singer/Rapper from Vancouver BC. Her Musical style includes elements of Hiphop, Soul and R&B. She's been singing for audiences as far back as she can remember and wrote her first song at the age of fourteen. Throughout her teenage years, Jaclyn spent most of her time making songs while moving around from town to town with her Mom and Brother. She attended eleven different schools throughout her childhood so making new friends is something that comes easy to Jaclyn. In 2012, Jaclyn was nominated for an Okanagan Arts Award for Best Musical Recording with her project "Blue", A collaborative album with Thomas Kjorven. Her debut EP "Heart&Soul", was released August 17th 2012 and just one month after its release, it was downloaded over two thousand times from her website.

In 2014, Jaclyn was nominated for a Western Canadian Music Award in the category of Urban Recording of the Year for her EP titled "Autonomous", which had also debuted at #5 on the iTunes top Charts that year. Jaclyn is nominated again, for the second time in a row, at the 2015 Western Canadian Music Awards with her brand new EP titled "Gypsy Rose". Her new project combines songs of love, rejection, happiness, hardship, trials, tribulations and everything in between. Jaclyn has toured Canada and Europe numerous times in the past three years as official support for Snak The Ripper, performing in multiple countries including Greece, London, Norway, Spain, Holland, Bulgaria, Germany and more. Meeting her fans from all over the world has given Jaclyn the mind set that anything is possible if you just follow your dreams. Jaclyn's ability to adapt to any situation musically, has gained her recognition from artists, critics and fans alike. All of her hard work is starting to pay off and with her rising social media analytics and consistent work ethic, she is destined to rise to stardom. Jaclyn has a natural "star quality" that is hard to overlook. "As long as my music is helping, I know that i'm doing what i'm put here to do and that's enough for me."
