This will be a fun filled day with many activities for all skill levels from the complete novice to the hard core gamer!

There will be silent auction with donations provided by the community and local businesses, all proceeds of the silent auction will be donated to charity.

There will be a board game library, courtesy of GottaCon, where anyone can borrow a board game. Then you can head over to the the drop in gaming area where you can meet new gamers, make new friends and play the games.

There are many organized learn to play events for the novice gamer.

Pokemon the Card Game
Yugioh the Card Game
World of Warcraft the Card Game
Magic the Gathering Card Game
Warmachine & Hordes Table Top Miniatures Game
Warhammer 40,000 Table Top Miniatures Game
Pathfinder Role Playing Game
Dungeons and Dragons Role Playing Game
more events to be added as volunteers come forward..

For the more serious gamer there will be several tournaments with some nice prizes:

Board game tournament: Carcasone, Settlers of Catan, Dominion, Purto Rico

Admission is $15 at the door or $10 with pre-registration
Children under 10 get in for $5 or free with non-perishable food item.

No Hunger Games will be donating all proceeds of the admission and the silent auction to Our Place Society

Our Place Society is a community service provider for the poor, disadvantaged, and homeless of Greater Victoria. From its Pandora Avenue location, Our Place Society runs a variety of life changing services, including meal, housing, health, and wellness, education and practical care.

Our Place offer up to 1500 meals per day, a safe and dignified environment for people to shower, receive clean clothing, find their place in the community, and connect with staff and each other. Above the street-level facility, Our Place has forty-five transitional housing units for the hardest to house in our region. Each of these services offers hope and belonging for the vulnerable citizens of Greater Victoria.
