The Nanaimo Historical Society Members Night
add to outlook add to google calendar remind me
This is the chance to informally share a brief story or two from historic Nanaimo and its environs.
Is there a nostalgic item, photo, or ephemera in your collection that you prize as a great conversation piece? If so, the Nanaimo Historical Society wants to see and hear all about it!
For the agenda we'll hear about "Joseph William McKay - father of Nanaimo? with David Hobson" and the history of the Princess Royal Day celebrations by Pamela Mar. Otherwise the meeting is open to new stories and surprises from our recent and distant history.
