CURL, an all-girls R&B band from Victoria, performs at The Mex Pub on April 12. No cover charge.
CURL features Helen Davies on lead vocals and guitar, Dee Cooper on keyboards, Susan Johnson on bass guitar and Christa Rossner on drums.
Active in and around Victoria, CURL was a featured act at Victoria�s 2009 Loudspeaker Festival; at the 2010 Rosedale Ridge mini-festival at Cowichan Station; as an opening act for Juno-nominated guitarist Bill Johnson in 2012, and as a feature at the Spring Blues Party, presented by the Haro Strait Music Society.
