We are very pleased to announce that the first jazz show in our 2025 season is with one of my favorite combos, The Jon Miller Quartet.
The band features Jon Miller (dms.), Roy Styffe (alto sax.) Dr Tony Genge (keys) and the elusive, Rob Cheramy (gtr.).
This is an outstanding band with heavily seasoned professionals. Jon Miller has played with some of Canada and Europe's finest players, Roy Styffe is one of the West Coast's busiest alto sax. players and of course, Dr. Tony Genge is well know to us all. We are especially pleased to be able to bring Rob Cheramy to the show as he is undoubtedly in the top echelon of North American jazz guitarists and not often seen performing in Nanaimo!
