The festival at the Haig-Brown Heritage site has something for everyone. The 14th Annual Hai-Brown Festival will be held on Sunday, September 13th from noon to 4pm. The festival celebrates the ideals of the Haig-Brown family which include conservation and community involvement, and acknowledges those in the community who have contributed to these ideals. Stewardship awards are presented by the City of Campbell River, followed by Haig-Brown readings, fly tying and fly casting events. There are crafts and games for children, as well as musical entertainment, art displays and food.
