The Greater Victoria Concert Band's Senior Band along with Victoria's own Brasstastic have come together to perform Shadowcatcher: A Concerto for Brass Quintet and Wind Ensemble by Eric Ewazen. Each group will perform a variety of works and then unite to present Shadowcatcher, a concerto inspired by the photography of Edward Curtis, an American photographer who traveled throughout the American West during the early decades of the twentieth century.
