This evening presented by the Salt Spring Forum, will feature Chantal H�bert, one of Canada�s most prominent political thinkers and commentators. H�bert�s talk, French Kiss � The Role of Quebec in Canadian Politics, is sure to be thought-provoking and insightful.

In H�bert�s book, French Kiss: Stephen Harper�s Blind Date with Quebec, Chantal H�bert argues that the Canadian federation died on January 23, 2006, the night of the federal election. French Kiss examines how the Conservative Party�s relationship with Quebec has and will continue to shape and influence Canadian politics.
