The Family: From Dysfunction to Detachment

This workshop asks participants to look at family-of-origin dynamics for a better understanding of 'what happened?' to them. We'll look at what makes for 'good enough' parenting, positive need fulfillment and healthy attachment. Wounds will be identified, as well as how we adapted (to rules, roles, beliefs, impacts on sense of self). Finally, we will look at what needs to be let go of (mourned) in order to move forward more fully you!
