The Event featuring "Eddie and The Funk"

This epic evening will feature a local band "Eddie and the Funk" which is an eclectic group of friends within the local business community that got together soley to have some fun making music. They are pleased to share their passion for music in an effort to raise funds for various causes and in this case, the Parksville Community Centre and also the local Food Bank.

Join us and dance the night away with a little music inspired by Van Morrison, the Stones, Eagles, Robbie Robertson, Bob Dylan, Mamas and the Papas and even some Elvis! For those that prefer not to hit the dance floor, enjoy listening to the awesome harmonies present in the stylings of this unique group.

There will be a cash bar on-site for those wishing to purchase beer and wine.

Tickets are $15.00 each and are available at the Parksville Community & Conference Centre (cash only) 250.248.6234, on-line using Visa or MasterCard through www.facebook.com/EddieandtheFunk or eventbrite.ca.

The Parksville Community & Conference Centre is run by a non-profit society and proceeds raised will assist in the purchase of new chairs for the Centre.

Non-perishable food items will also be gratefully accepted that evening in support of our local food bank.
