The Enablers bring their blues rock and reggae to The Mex Pub on July 19.
The four-piece dance cover band with members from District 69, has been around for a few years in different guises, playing their brand of covers in and about the mid-Island area.
The local band consists of Wes Weldon on guitars and vocals, Stuart Parenteau on bass and vocals, Colin Perry on sax, keyboard, flute and vocals and Mark Bain on drums and vocals.
Combined, the band has over one hundred years of music experience. Individually they have all played in numerous bands in the area including; Madhatter, Rubber Soul, Naked Volleyball and Double�R�Barr, to name a few.
The Enablers play all types of music, including rock, blues, reggae, country, southern rock, blues rock, funk, disco and more.
